Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act 2003, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Information we collect from you and how we use it

We receive information from you in a number of different ways:

When you register with us, you will be asked for certain information such as your name, email address, billing address and delivery address, contact details and, if you place an order, your credit card or debit card details. Contact telephone numbers may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order or to allow our furniture suppliers to contact you to arrange a delivery date. All this is necessary for operational purposes; recognising you as a registered customer, dealing with enquiries, order processing and fulfilment, tracking deliveries and reviewing past purchases.

By  registering with us, you are also agreeing to receive future mailings on our new ranges, special offers, and all the latest news and developments.  Should you wish to unsubscribe, please click on the link in the mailing.

If you have requested to receive our e-Newsletters, we only store your full name and email address. Should you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you can do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in your e-Newsletter or email enews@simplyrooms.co.uk stating your mailing preference.  Please remember if you unsubscribe, we will not be able to send you notification of our new ranges or sale previews.

If you enter a competition or a prize draw, we need your name, full postal address and email address.

We keep a record of your past purchases and any correspondence sent by you. Your order history enables us to tailor our product offerings and marketing information (e.g. promotions and special offers) to your requirements. Your correspondence helps us keep track of any problems you have had with any of our products or services.

How long will we keep your personal information?

We will retain your personal information only as long as is necessary for the purpose to which you consent under this Privacy Policy, or as is required by law, and then we will delete it.
